About the project

I developed a clear understanding of the goals to be achieved through the HalaSingapore event after detailed discussions with the Singapore Tourism Board and ITP Media Group. Singapore Tourism aimed to remain top-of-mind as always and sought to create a hybrid consumer event combining virtual activities and on-ground activations to inspire Middle Eastern travelers by bringing Singapore to them.

 

For the official website copy of the HalaSingapore event, our team needed to craft something creative and engaging that would showcase Singapore as a fascinating destination while highlighting its rich culture and uniqueness. Gathering all the inputs and strategic directions, I created the complete website copy for the esteemed clients.

 

Next, we developed social media video scripts for the HalaSingapore event — an absolutely thrilling opportunity for me as a copywriter. As part of welcoming the world to its heart through this three-day global event, sponsored and executed by the Singapore Tourism Board together with ITP Media Group, these videos were an essential promotional strategy to attract the target audience.

 

Being part of this project gave me the chance to learn about Singapore — from its vibrant sights to its food and culture. My challenge was to create a script that delivered the core message effectively within just 20 to 30 seconds. I wrote scripts for three videos and oversaw the process until their final upload to social media, including the official HalaSingapore page.

 

In addition, we handled the creative and technological concept for the immersive dining experience at the newly opened The View at The Palm. Our mission was to design a visual treat for the industry’s most influential VIPs — bringing the taste of Singapore’s vibrant sights, flavors, and culture to Dubai. The night took guests on a visual and culinary journey through Singapore.

 

The challenge here was to successfully showcase what Singapore has to offer the world — and why it remains one of the most exciting destinations to visit today and beyond. Using the latest technology and design, we aimed to bring Singapore’s story to life and capture the imagination of key audiences. After extensive brainstorming and collaboration with our creative and strategic teams, we developed a visual experience and narrative journey of Singapore, mapped seamlessly onto the textures and shapes of the venue’s expansive walls.
